A C++ script and guide

I want a script to when a player resets talents check if the player has the spell 46917 (Titan's Grip) and if they have it then unequipped the offhand weapon (doesn't matter what it does just doesn't want anyone to be able to have 2x 2h wep equipped when they have reset their talents).
I tried to make the script myself but I couldn't find out any command to remove to unequip the offhand wep (I don't know so many C++ commands).
And also I was wondering if there were any like... C++ guide. I know that they are many guides to learn this but its hard to find a good guide on how to modify a wow core or something like that... I mean.... most guides doesn't learn out commands to use while scripting in wow.... I can learn a litle bit about the language by reading the arcemu core and so. But I can't come up with new commands and as far as I know there is no *command list*.
