How to make quest loot drop?

Well i am having problems on my server because the mobs will not drop quest items. I mean i can get it through commands like .add item but it kinda takes the fun out of it ya know.

Anyhow what do i need to do to allow quest items to drop.

you have to edit the loot_creature table in the database
to add the loot

EDIT: Using Navicat if i didnt mention it. I am using a Mangos based server. Now where would i place these files at?

EDIT: Now it says table creatureloot already exists lol i totally forgot how to add things till now just dont know what i need to do.
