You *MIGHT* be able to sell a "Re-Pack" if you are SUPER GAWD..

Unless you can make your own Server Core that is better then ArcEmu, Hearthstone, Mangos and make it as close to Blizzard's WoW as possible including a World Database. Other then that you would probably only only make like $10 from some noob wanting to buy the Repack.
