[Request]Custom Commands

I have been searching for how to make custom commands like
#commands
for a very long time now but all i have found is
old crap.

so i wonder if there is anyone that can send me a script.
what i need is:

Say: #Commands
(shows list of commands)

say: #Help
(gives info about commands)

Say: #Mall
(teleports you to M X Y Z i can add the location myself :P)

#Revive
(remove sickness)

#Unstuck
(teleports to start location)

#Advance
(puts max skill on all weapons)

#Serverinfo
(shows server info)

make this and i don't realy know what to give you more than +Rep forever :P
and ofc i'll give you credits on my server :P
