Death Knight not availible

After much hassle with trying to get my Wotlk server up and running. I am trying to create a Death Knight, I have never tried it before so yea, Says I need WoTlk and a lvl 55+ character, both of which i have and I am patched up to 3.0.9 but the deathknight class is not availible for me to create with any race, I know they work on my server because my friend just made one. Does it matter if im on a GM account?

Could be two things,
1. You either need to change the account flags( if your using arc emu try "24")

Or

2. Did you downlaod or install WOTLK client because the 3.0.9 launcher update is just BC not WOTLK

If it says you do not have wotlk or "must have wotlk before you can go into this area" its your flags. goto accounts and set ur account to 24 like brock106 said
