PVP Announcer with killcounter

I have been looking around for a while now and I can't seem to find this, I know a server (not gonna give names) that has a script that announces domination asf... like if u have 5 kills in 3 mins without dying it announces %s (The char) is on a RAMPAGE!, Now i've tried to do this by adding another member to the player class -.-' WHich isn't going so well, I know it is available, but I don't know where 2 get the source, please someone, help ?

Very easy to do, just use an on pvp kill hook to run sql queries saving the player id and amount of kills they have, you can even just give them a certain type of item and use that as a counter, make it remove all of them on death

The item thing can work, but :x ... /scared that they will start abusing it :/ but thats probably my best choice now ... Mmm Thanx, I might first try the database query

They wouldnt know you were adding items if you made those items keys / tokens that aren't visible in the bags =]

wait... items and database queries to keep track of a player's killing spree?

Just make a list of players, their kills, and when their spree started.
Remove the player from the list if they die, and every once a while go through and check the list to see if a player hasn't killed in a while (meaning they stopped pvping, or their spree is over) and remove em.
