    Lets start off at the basics.
    There is a lot of different scripting projects, all doing different sectors. Not one specific one has yet scripted all of WoW, but if you combine all of them together most of them work fine blizzlike up to wrath of the lich king.
    You can use the default ArcEmu ones for example, or a few Lua scripts, but this wont solve it.
    One example of a scripting project is Sun++, that one comes to mind as it is the only one I found back in the burning crusade which had Illidan Stormrage scripted 100% blizzlike.
    If illidan is not already spawned (should but un-attackable) you can execute a sql you get with the script to spawn all you need. You start the fight from 'Akama' downstairs.
    I hope this helps a bit, you just need to look around, and get certain scripts you want.

    Your probably using the Lua scripts which often only make the bosses talk or give you a string of errors

    Sun++

    Thats the website for Sun++, one of my favourat scripting teams (they done illidan, some of keal'thalas, grull etc). The website was down when I tried it but it might be back up at a later date.
    For somone like Kill'jeadon (cant spell) search on here, you'll get the Lua script which actually works really well for blizzlike.
    It's just about looking around, seeing what projects/people have done, saying "thanks!" and then using it

    I need to look into that, i'm not great at C++ but I know the basics, I was getting the same error when compiling Lua AppArc, but I dragged some files from my 3.0 version and it compiled fine... It may just be that it's out of date, and if so you need to find a different project that has it working.

    Lua is very restricting, so 90% of the time it's cooded in C++. It would be practicly.. well I wont say impossible because it is possible, but it would be very hard to script the Illidan fight and pre-fight in Lua.
    It's all done in C++, which is why you need to compile it

    Not compatable, means it's probably out of date.
