Npc in the air, falling down on the ground

I have created a Obstacle Course and a Maze on my server. The finish npc is in the air (in a house in the air), but sometimes he fells through the floor and is standing on the ground, so you just can talk to him and get your reward without doing the maze/obstacle course. Is there any way to get him in the air without any chance that he will fall through the floor in the house?

Yes create waypoints for him/her to follow just very small ones that make him/her move slightly

to add waypoints I just .add waypoints on the targeted npc?

Use .way addfly instead of normal .way add
