RoSPORA help needed

I have three questions about RoSPORA

1. my page is always showing the online players level as unknown. Does anyone know how to fix that?

2. It's also showing characters in wrong zones. A friend of mine was playing on a level 3 character and it showed him in Feralas. He'd never been there.

3. the Pictures for the Character race always displays male. Is there a way to make it show male or female depending?

Do you have a folder made where it can dump the information needed by RoSpora? (Server should dump a .xml file, but only into a folder... can't remember the name)
