Custom Quests

Hey,

Im following this guide

And im trying to create a quest, Im using Up to date ArcEmu

And when I get in the tables for quests, I get the to part to create a quest "Details" Its filled with something that says (Memo)

I cannot backspace nor change this memo, So how would I make it say what I wanted it to say?

+rep to whoever can help me out with this

Maybe if theres a better guide out there? Or an Arc database Editor (Witch I doubt there is )
