NPC spells?

Im currently working on a custom instance for my server and I of course wanted some spell casters. So I tried to find spells that matched my theme and the level. It was verry hard to find anything good. So Im wondering if there is any way to like... maby make a custom spell, or just modify the damage done by a spell?

Then go to column 81 of the spell id you wish to alter to change the base damage
