Waypoint issues: Flying waypoints

Ok so basically I know how to make waypoints but the problem i have is with flying waypoints. I know how to make them with .way addfly but the creature i want to fly, just walks from waypoint to waypoint through the air instead of using a flying animation. I even tried using regular waypoints instead of flying ones but nothing works!

You need to create a flying waypoint, then the next one a flying point and so on, if theres a land waypoint at any stage it will just bug. When it's moving to a flying waypoint for the first time it can sometimes be buggy.
If theres still problems even though you have 2 .add wayfly's then it could be two problems:
A: Your using a npc with no fly animation (yes there are dragons with no fly animation)
B: Your core is bugged, just update it on the svn, normally works.
