whats the best custom private server to play on?

whats the best custom private server to play on? in terms of custom everything, quests, items, mobs, instances and such. I wanna play on a private server but i don't want the same wow experience i pay blizz for. (yes i play retail and still will until the death of wow)

You must that question from youself. What you want; Instant 80 lvl or leveling? Custom Items and fun or Blizzlike and boring? Find them from Extrepe Top 100.

Heroic WoW is definatly as custom as you can get
The downsides are you can only get to lvl 10 atm and the exp is x1

The upsides are that the lore, quests, npcs, Pretty much everything is custom, so you definatly won't get bored
