Link Website

I have 2 websites at the moment. One is just a crap free service website that I actually don't use. The other website (hosted on my computer) is the one I use for my private server but its one of those WAMPSERVER things and xtremetop100 won't allow WAMPSERVER sites. So what I did was that on xtremetop100 I made the link to my other free crap site and from there I made a link to the real site. This doesn't look so professional and I would like them to instantly get to my real site. So my question is if there is any html script to make the website and instant link to another site.

Example: I write www. 123. com in the web browser but I get to another site like www. 1234. com without doing anything(this is just a made up example). The first site is just a link site so its easier to find the site. So I would like my crap site to be just a link site to my other site so nobody sees the crap site. The crap site I got only takes html scripts but if there is no html script for this but another website script then I can get another free website that takes other scripts.

They're Bug Free and allmost dosn't cost anything.
