id like it to say something like

it doesnt have to use a spell, i just want it to have custom text on the item on that Use section

The only way you can change the display text of a spell on an item ( Use: text ) is by client-side editing.

(In other words, check the 'Model Editing' Section, look for a guide on client-side editing, or photoshop some screenshots into saying that.)
