I'm looking for someone to build me a 3.0.3, Blizzard-Like Private Server. The reason I can't myself is because my computer won't allow MySQL to Download...

If you help me build a 3.0.3 server, you will have all administrator rights, etc. I have already built the website for the server... etc. Just need a server builder/host.
