Converting to WotLK

Alright, I have a question that I`m stumped on. I forget how to do this...

Alright, I have A LOT of custom content on my 2.4.3 Private Server, and we just updated to 3.0.3, and a new Database.

How do I transfer ONLY my Custom Content stuff from my 2.4.3 server onto the 3.0.3 server. I want nothing but the 2.4.3 stuff.

Help please, I need to transfer the stuff soon

Just extract all your custom content out and re execute it into your new db.....
