I have tried everything to get NCDB Rev 47 Web installer to work.

I have used every webserver package known to man yet i still get nothing.

That is why I am requesting this:

For somebody to use NCDB Web installer Rev 47, install it for Hearthstone, then dump the SQL, then upload it for me to DL. I really need somebody to do this.
