Hamachi connection issue. (Simple but bleh)

Hello, I hate to pester but I recently followed a guide on making a server puclic using Hamachi. My friend joined my network. Set my Hamachi IP to his realmlist and logged on. His account worked but he was unable to enter my realm. He has the same game client as I do. Same X-packs, however I noticed Hamachi displayed the connection with him was not very good. I browsed through a couple pages . Made ports 1-9999 forwarded. I even logged in and went in game, I normally can support 5 connections but this time upon loggin it only said 1 accepted connection? Is there anything else I can provide as far as info, I would be glad to.

Go into your Configs folder on your server, then edit the following in arcemu-realms.CONF:

<Realm1 Name = "Server Name"
    Address = "HAMACHIID:8129" 
    Icon = "PVP"
    Population = "1.0"
    TimeZone = "1">

Change Realm1 Name to your Server's name.
Change HAMACHIID to your Hamachi ID

Then open arcemu-logonserver.CONF and edit:

<LogonServer RemotePassword = "ascent"
             AllowedIPs = "127.0.0.1/24"
             AllowedModIPs = "127.0.0.1/24">

Change LogonServer RemotePassword to your Databases password
Keep AllowedIPs the exact same as that
Keep AllowedModIPs the exact same as that.
