I need help with two errors that I have in MySQL when I execute my WorldDB.sql

This error occurs when I execute it on the Server Comp

Error occured at:2008-12-30 13:37:40
Line no.:165
Error Code: 1153 - Got a packet bigger than 'max_allowed_packet' bytes

And this error occurs when I execute it from my main computer...

Error Code: 2006 - MySQL server has gone away

I use SQLyog712 and mysql-essential-5.0.67-win32

What can I do to fix this problem, Im going to transfer the files in my MySQL from my main comp to the server until I get the answers.

The file you are using is to big and the mysql client shuts down. To fix this go into your Local Drive. Find your "Program Files" Find "Mysql" then open the following text files...

- my-huge
- my-large
- my-small
- my-medium

Then change the max_allowed_packet = 1M to
max_allowed_packet = 25M

If that doesn't work then reinstall Mysql and do NOT enable Strict mode. Its on one of the pages during re-installation.

I first edited the files to the text you told me to and then tried to execute the .sql, but as stupid as Iam I didnt think of that I need to restart the MySQL Server :P
Said and done and it works like a charm again!
