{Request}Family Reputation Sql Update

Hello i was wondering if someone was able to update the family repution release sql to work with NCDB rev 47, from a while back where u accept a quest and talk to npc again and you are able to receive reputation for each horde/alliance/nautral faction. Could this also include Death Knight?
