Instance to a ''none-instance''?

I got a question:

To my new repack i have made a leveling zone in a instance. But i can only see myself.

Like, how do i make a instance to a ''none-instance''. So people, even if they are not in same group, can see eachother?

My guess would be to go into your database and find the table worldmap_info and edit the instances type, flags and maxplayers to the same as a normal zone areas.
