How can I create an account on ArcEmu servers like [Release] Brandonrulz's Ultimate Repack WOTLK 3.0.3 [Funserver] - MMOwned - World of Warcraft Exploits, Hacks, Bots and Guides . Please explain in detail, I am a newb at this stuff.

once u executed ur Logon DB go into it
go into acounts
-Acc name
- acc pass
- gm(1,2,3,a,AZ) <1,2,3 lvls of basic gm><A, co-admin><AZ,Admin>
-flag(0,8,24,32) <0, non BC><8, BC enabled>< 24,arcemu lichking><and 32 for ascent and some arc emu DBs>

and u can either leave the rest 0 or mod them ur self
