Mangos Help Please

Hello, i am new to mangos, i normally stick to ascent/arcemu. But since i couldnt find a good ascent repack, i decided to get a mangos.

Anyway, the questions are,

How do i change the announce name, like mine says [System Message] {WORDS} (be as specific as possible please :])

Is there any way to change the commands of Mangos to ascent? ( I hate learning new commands, so please help on this :])

PS I know there are a lot of ascent repacks out there, but i dont want to start over now.
