problem with map extraction

Hi. I am having alot of trouble getting past the map extraction step of making my own server. I just went though 38 pages of posts, and nothing seemed to help. I have tried several different programs, mangos, accent, arcemu, etc. All on 7 different computers with a running copy of wow, so I know there isn't a file missing. when I use the Ad.exe program used to extract the maps it gets to 41% and crashes on every repack, on every computer, always at 41%. Am I the only one having this problem? Or am I missing one very important step here? Also yes, I made the "maps" folder in which to place the extracted maps. Any advise would be much appreciated

I also just installed framework 3.5 and still having the same problem. I am running wow version 2.4.3 and I have burning crusade installed, and I am using the 2.4.3 repacks

*update* I uninstalled everything, re-installed the game, and started to extract maps again, and I just ran into the same brick wall. Any advise?

Create a folder called

maps

into your

C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft

folder. Then add the Ad.exe in the same folder (NOT the maps folder, the WoW folder). Once you have done this, double left click the Ad.exe, it will run for a while... after it has ran, take the

maps

folder and move it to your

Ascent

folder. If this does not help then add me on msn
