Thats all I basically need for my new server, but i dont want to have to be constantly adding accounts using MySQL..

And also, how do I know my database and stuff is secure from hackers? Cuz right now I think that my nan would even be able to hack it =/

A single word (or acronym, if you may) can sum up all you need to know in order to make your server secure. It might sound rude, but that's the cold, harsh truth:

RTFM.


There's no "Secure my server" button, no easy-mode security, nothing of that sort. You need to read about security in services you use (say, apache or mysql). You'll need to know how to prevent common exploits and how to minimize the impact of such exploits being executed.
Go, read about common attacks in mysql or PHP (Say, null poison byte or XSS) and learn how to brace yourself.
