Not Compatible?

Well im using Apples Ascent and i tried to use ADE for the first time, whenever i click proceed it says Your db isnt compatible and cannot be fixed automatically you must fix it manually. Why does that happen? After turning off the compaitbility test it worked but when i make items they show up in db but dont work, How do i fix my db?

Are you using FDE or ADE? ADE is old, and your database is probably quite a few revisions ahead. If your using ADE, switch to FDE... You can find it on the Sun++ forums.

Actually FDE says that it is compatible but when i create an item and after restarting my server it still says cannot find item (id), im sure the id is right. How come?

Make sure the id is a small number like up to 10 000 or lower
