ad.exe error

i hope this si the right section. Im trying to run ad.exe so i can get the maps n everytime it reaches number 566 i get this pop up error saying "ad.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close."
ive tried using 3 different ad.exe anybody know how to fix this?

Do you have .NET Framework 3.5 Installed?

Do you have Burning crusade installed? any customization to the files?

Make sure you using the right language (enGB, enUS, etc.) and you are using the right patch version of 'ad.exe'.
