How do I make my warper npc get *Make this place your home* and *Give Maxskill*?

I am making a warp npc in .lua and I wanted to have like... *Make this place your home* and *Max all skills* in the main Menu but I couldn't find those things as *spells* and I checked the innkeepers and its not a spell.. its a flag or something. So I wondered how to add a flag or something to the menu with a custom npc by .lua. I searched the site(and google) but I couldn't find any guide.

Im almost sure its posible. I saw a example before where I saw the npc saying *make this place to your home* on hes menu. But he only showed a litle bit he didn't show the intid :-( but he showed hes menu for the example and there I saw *make this place your home* and he used .lua I think

Max skills isn't possible though. The inn keeper may be. You might need to set it to have guide and innkeeper flags. Not sure though.

Actualy Sounddead, Max Skills is possible. I've seen it done on a few servers. where. I'm not sure of =P, Im sure TheSpidey could probably do this. But ill go on a hunt for the script for you guys.

Possible with C++. No idea about Lua.

Sound was just saying its not possible in Lua. It is doable in C++ though.
