How do you raise and/or get faction?

How do i get or raise a faction using Ascent Servers?

I tried raising my Honor Hold rep but nothing happens. Also, im using Apple's Ascent Repack v5. Is there a different command to raise faction?

I tried using this command.

.modify faction 946(This is Honor Hold Faction ID) 3000.

What i wanted to do was to increase honor hold's rep by 3000. But, nothing happens. But when i do type that in, all it says is "You have increased your faction by 3000." doesnt tell me which one. And i tried checking my Rep Window, but nothing was increased.

You can use either a "." or a "!".
