Additems to auction house script

I have a small server and there probably won't ever be that many people on it so I would like the auction house to have random items to auction off. This way you might get lucky and find something cheap and good... AND it just might give the auction house more of a use on a private server.

If it can be done, I'm looking to have a script that would add random items at a random price to the alliance and horde auction houses every 4-5hrs.

-Please post if you can give me a hand, for now off to read a LUA Tutorial or two, =D.

If it can't be done this way, is there anyway to make and npc do this? Not in a way to add items to the auction, but to a vendor?
