[Error] In Logonserver while attempting to make my server public

I followed these tutorials exactly:

I followed the first one, got the server and MYSQL and Databases working fine, even logged onto the server from WoW and it worked great, then when I followed the tutorial to make it public, I start up the arcemu-world and arcemu-logonserver and the logonserver exits out almost immediately. I kept on trying to see what the error was and I finally got this message before it exited out on me:



Also, theres something really weird about my router and forwarding ports...I'll post another image of it:



It asks me for the last number in the IP, and I'm not sure what to put so I've just been putting 1...I don't know if that has anything to do with it or what, but also here is my forwarded ports:



The only thing that messes it up is when I change the listening hosts in the logonserver.config to the ones it tells me in the tutorial. If anyone could help me that be really appreciated!

You can find the last number from your server ip by going to start -> run -> cmd -> typ ipconfig
you'll see something like 192.168.1.2 or 3 or 4,5,6,7.... depending on how many PCs u have connected to your network.

Lets say I have 3 PCs on my network then pc 1 would be 192.168.1.2, pc 2 would be 192.168.1.3 and pc 3 would be 192.168.1.4 hope u understand
