Need Windows Server 2003 Help

Here is the deal:

I have a rented server to run ArcEmuu on...

I have guys willing to help run things...

I have no way for them to access the server...

Only account I have for remote desktop so far is the admin account which I am obviously not going to give out...

I want to set up a user account that will have the rights to be able to log into server...Execute certain programs like navicat, mysql, C++ etc...

Only want them to have access to certain programs and folders...Just what they need to be able to run the server...No access to make or alter user accts etc...

Anyone pro here?
