Plz help me get server up non hamachi

i am having a problem getting it public(i have WoW honery repack 2.5) , i believe have all of it right, i can log in but when other people try to log in, like i try on my laptop, it just says unable to connect
so plz if any one can help msg me

i will give you gm on my server if we can get it up and running

and yes i have tryed may diffrent guides on how to do this and i still cant get it up
im not a noob at this either iv had servers up in the past
