Server Files Messages

I was woundering if some one could tell me how to make messages in the server files [ .exe files ] like the image below



just so when do some reales i can put some thing like that one for people [ mainly leechers ] not taking credit

PS : like to now how to do this on MaNGOS mainly but don't mind if it is Ascent

Take a check in /trunk/src/ascent-world/master.cpp

Take and look how they coded it there, and find where you want to insert your text.
