Compiling is not hard and is easy to learn. Sectorseven has several guides on this please check them. They will help you.

my opinion Aspire isn't better than ArcEMU Aspire is far behind on there updates and ArcEMu is more stable than Aspire but thats just my opinion

How so?

It's far better than the existing pvp "systems" out there, which are basically if(attacker->getTeam() != victim->getTeam){ GiveToken() }. It keeps track of streaks, deaths, it checks for unacceptable cases and is very easily customizable.

Arcemu is better I'd say, Aspire is not that good, IMO.
