MySQL Error Nr. 1045

This problem seems like a common problem but even if it is I can't find any solution to it.
I have tried every solution I could find: Check if there's a MySQL process running (It is not), Check if the password is the right one (It is), Close ZoneAlarm and Windows Firewall while executing the MySQL (I've tried, still the same error). And probably some other so called solutions.
I'm running on XP.

Any help is good.

try to remove instance, then start it again

Do I need to open the port in the router or in ZoneAlarm? I read something about open the port in ZoneAlarm, but I have only found very very weak "guides" on how to do that.
