Question 1: There are 6 levels:

0 = Normal Player (No Commands)
1 = Level 1 GM (Barely any Commands)
2 = Level 2 GM (Some Commands)
3 = Level 3 GM (Nearly all Commands)
a = Full GM (Almost all Commands)
az = Administrator (All Commands)

Question 2: Uhhh... Command_Overrides I believe. That or .CPP or C++ Editing (Must have Compiled Core)

Question 3: Command_Overries. Find some guides how on AC-Web or MMOwned

Uhh, I believe Sun++ has some Database along with ArcEmu, but you have to SVN both of those. No, I don't really know a Site like that. But I could give you the latest WhyDB Databases (They work perfectly with the latest ArcEmu Rev's)

Ooo, for people's Custom Items that you can add into your DB I would go to WoW-V. Its the only Website out there that has a REAL World of Warcraft Private Server Item Creator. (Item, Armor, Bags, Vendors & Jewelry)
