Let Others Play On Mangos?

i have port forwarded these ports: 3724,3725,8085,3306
and i am running mangos the one that works on 2.4.3 WoW client.
how can i make it so other people can connect to my server? and i know those ports ARE indeed open because i checked them at a open port checking website. please help me and can you say step by step instructions i am a noob at this xD

ok now i port fowarded all these ports after reading a post
3724,8085,80,3306,8129,8093,6112,6881-6999,8050,3036

and ive also changed 127.0.0.1 to my dns ip in the following files:
mangosd,realmd,scriptdev2
they connect to the mysql and start normally. but still when my brother tries to connect he gets to the rhelm selection
selects a rhelm and then it puts him right back at the rhelm selection over and over again?

Did you configure your realm conf correctly?

The only IP you need to change to allow others to connect is the IP in realmlist table (in the realmd database). You don't need to change the config files for that.

how and where is the realmist table and the realmd database? MANGOS\DB\data\realmd is that the database? cause when i go in there, there is 3 files with the name realmlist. and w/e i open any one of them it is random jibber?

If you don't know where the database is or what MySQL is you're probably using a repack. That means you are too lazy to learn stuff. That means I'm too lazy to help you. Sorry.

Well, Dythzer got a point, use Navicat, it edits SQL Databases, open a new connection with Localhost and ID: root, pass: root, default. Then go to Realmd, open the Reamllist table and change the 127.0.0.1 to your DNS, Close the table, restart the server Voila!

go to C:/windows/system32/drivers/etc/host.file and add you local ip address
like such

192.168.1.103       somerandomwowserver.servegame.org

to find out your local ip address to open command prompt and type ipconfig and look for something like 192.168.1.101 or something like that

k ya i got this working a while ago just clued in that you where talking about the mysql database. but i want ascent now and having a lot of issues with that one.
