    <?php

    #################
    # #
    # #
    # Enjoy! #
    # #
    # #
    #################

    $config['mysql_host'] = 'localhost'; //MySQL Host
    $config['mysql_user'] = 'root'; //MySQL Username
    $config['mysql_pass'] = '*******'; //MySQL Password
    $config['mysql_dbname'] = 'characters'; //Database Name

    ?>
    my msql database with my acounts is characters

    blablah ok i think thats all good...............

    ok well think my problem is the link that the create butten takes you to. Is there a special page? cose i dotn know what it is so that it actually creates the account.

    Cose as of now it doenst create the accoutn when i click create.

    Ok question about registration error config or w.e u wana call it.

    Use port 8080 or 8000, these are the standard ones you use when port 80 is blocked. Of course you'll need to change all occurances of the :1 address to point to the new port.
