Does this just put them into the game or does it put them into their actual place.

For example, if I put in the new engineering flyering mounterounts, would I be able to make them in engineering or just .additem them?

just .additem... thsi tool is to add items only... but you could add the item to a loot table for example then...
if the mount needs for example 200engineering skill, that will be added i think... but the engineering spell/ability to create not cuz that is core related...

for example: Dazzling Longsword
then you will find the sword and when you are on the page of Dazzling Longsword check the adres:

the green number is the itemID

if it fails it is probably only a DBstructure error...if you get an error executing the query just post it here
