Raid Warning even if you are not a leader

Ok... I don't know if u have to be a leader to do raid warning, but on private servers (official maybe, dunno) if you are not a leader you can still do /rw (message) and it shows up for everyone. You can do it even if you are not in a raid, but in a party. If this is how its supposed to work, then can mods delete this topic please?

It works on live servers. If you are not in a raid, anyone can do /rw for raid warning.
