Isn't that a Chinese-only version? I assume it's compatible with the US version 1.12.1, just like the Spanish 1.12.2, so just try using a 1.12.1 hack or switch to the US game client. If that's not the case and it's incompatible with 1.12.1 servers, i doubt there are many hacks for it. Your best bet would be to ask on some Chinese forum or something.

The first link is not valid (site is down).
The second one does not have a download link for the 1.12.3 client in it (or if it does, it's chinease and using google-translate can't locate it)

if you got a valid download link + a working realm, i'll probably be able to add support for it in the Wow Admin Panel project.
