No you don't need to create a new mySQL db. But you do of course need to have your private wow server which should already include a mySQL db.

Correct. And that would generally be the root account, unless the owner of the database added some extra account(s) with write privileges.

It says me if i start adding items: "Out of range value for column 'AllowableRace' at row 1".
How can i fix it ?
