Npc Sql Generator

- I originally this made for myself, it has pretty much every option you will need for making NPCs.

- The only things I omitted were trainer and vehicle related fields.

- The ap/dmg formula is auto applied, you just have to set the min dmg/max dmg and you're set.

- I implemented all the flags I thought anyone would ever use, but if there's one you'd like to see, feel free to ask!

- The program automatically keeps track of entries you've already used, giving a warning before you generate with it again

- All generated SQL's are put into the exedirectory\sql folder

- I used this program quite a bit on my test server, but knowing my code, there's bugs - please report them (They will be fixed promptly)
