[Request] Custom Patching Launcher

I was wondering if there were any custom patching launchers out there I should know about. If not, can anyone make me one?
And don't tell me "Custom Patches are WRONG!" because I know, and I don't care.
Doesn't have to be anything special, just a standard launcher, I'd prefer one structured like Blizzards, and don't worry about the graphics, I can get those.

do you mean a kind of launcher that update the client side for a private server? Because if it's for private server it's easily create with a software that can download your patch from the web. I use one i made for my players download new patch for their client.
