Slowmedown:

This only works for players with GM rank with npc and modify commands.
If you are a reg player this wont work. To see if you have gm commands type .gm and .commands. This will show what commands and rank you have.

Oh, yeah and this is Ascent only, this wont work with Mangos builds.
