Recently there was a new implement into the LUA to make game objects teleport with LUA, so now it is way easier then using it in the database

Some people said it is kind of buggy and may not work though So be careful with it I guess and test it depending on your rev it may or may not work..whenever they update LUA 100s of things break so if it doesn't work in a new rev try an older one.
How to make a custom one:

1) NAME part means anything you want..just name it portal or something
2) EVENT part means anything you want..I would name it teleport or teleportMe
3) COORDS part are the .worldport coords, map ID, x, y, z
4) GOID is the gameobject ID
5) 1 means On click..if it doesn't work in your rev delete it because they constantly change stuff like that
6) NAME_EVENT is just copy and pasting 1 and 2..
Save as a script.lua and add to scripts folder.
MUST HAVE LUA ENABLED.....
