For all of you who cannot make your server Public Non Hamachi.

I had this problem for a very long time. I could get in to my server but others couldn't. I portforwarded everything as I should and I changed my Host file , made a DNS and changed the configs but it still didn't work.

But then I searched help from another forum , I don't remember the name but they where helping people with portforwarding issues. And they asked me if I was running on a Modem or a router aswell. I said I was connected to a Modem and a Router.

The solution was to either connect my cable directly in to my modem and forward the ports to my modem or to forward both the modem and the router. That means if you're running on a router you have to forward your modem aswell by plugging your internet cable in to your modem and then go in to the modem and portforward it.
