Okay now how to put them on your server

1. open up ya server using your server opening programs
2. wend your server is up go to you HeidiSQL or SQLyog or what ever u use
3. under your database in SQLyog ( i use that ) you click the world table
4. now put for instant

INSERT INTO playercreateinfo_skills ( indexid, skillid, level, maxlevel )VALUES ( 1, 762, 400,400);

5. now click the 2 green arrows up in the left corner
6. wait for it 2 finish
7. once done u should see this:

(1 row(s)affected)
(0 ms taken)

8. Now save the SQLyog and then restart your server and it should work

9. GZ YA DONE enjoy
